Consolidated provides Plumbing design services including, but not limited to:
- Cold, Hot, and Hot Water Recirculation Systems
- Potable Hot Water Generation Systems
- Potable Water Booster Systems
- Sanitary and Vent Systems
- Kitchen Sanitary Systems
- Storm Water Systems (within the building)
- Natural Gas and Propane Distribution Systems (within the building)
- Medical Gas Systems
In addition to design services, Consolidated will also coordinate with the local water and gas utilities and will provide all utility-required load letters (with the required drawings).
