Consolidated provides Electrical design services including, but not limited to:

• Lighting Design, including assistance in light fixture selection
• Power Design up to 15kv
• Exterior Building and Parking Lot Lighting Systems Design
• Photometric Studies
• Back-up Power Systems Design (Generators, UPS, etc.)
• Photovoltaic (Solar Panel) Systems Design
• Life Safety Systems Design

Consolidated utilizes modern software tools to assist in our design process:

• AGI: Lighting Software
• Visual: Lighting Software
• SKM Systems Analysis: Power Systems Software and Arc Flash Study

In addition to design services, Consolidated will also coordinate with the local electric utility and will provide all utility-required load letters (with the required drawings). We will also provide all jurisdiction-mandated energy compliance certificates (Department of Energy’s ComCheck).
